Sunesta’s limited warranty.

We are an authorized Sunesta dealer. Sunesta warrants its products by component — frame, arms, fabric and motor — and coverage on the arms depends on which model you own. The summary below is for convenience; Sunesta’s published warranty document is the governing text.

ComponentCoverage
Frame
Roller tube, arms, shoulders, assembly brackets
Limited lifetime — for the life of the product.
Arms
Lateral extension arms
The Sunesta Patio: limited lifetime.
The Sunstyle Patio: 15 years.
The Sunlight Patio: 12 years.
Fabric 10 years from the date the limited warranty begins. No coverage after the 10th year.

Register your Sunesta warranty. Sunesta asks owners to register after installation. You will need your installation date and your SmartCODE, which is on the awning. Once you register, Sunesta emails your warranty to you.

  • A short description or photo of the issue

Important

This page summarizes warranty coverage for convenience. Parts coverage is provided by the manufacturer of your specific product and is governed by that manufacturer’s published warranty document and its terms, limitations and exclusions — not by this page. Manufacturer warranties do not cover labor or freight. The Sun Shades & Graphics one-year labor coverage runs from the installation date and applies to the work we performed. Sun Shades & Graphics is not responsible for any consequential structural damage after the awning or solar screen was installed. Warranty terms are subject to change by the manufacturer.
